Baglan Togizbayeva graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute in 1988;
From 1992 to 1995 she studied full-time postgraduate courses;
2003 – she graduated from the Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radio Electronics,"Economy of enterprise" specialty;
1995 –she worked at the department of industrial transport as an assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor; 2012-2013 – director of the transport-road Institute at KarSTU;
2013-2014 – head of the "Road-building machines» department at KarSTU;
From September 2014 – professor of "Transport, transport equipment and technologies" department;
2002 – she defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of technical sciences, 05.05.06 specialty;
2007 – she was awarded the academic title of associate professor in the specialty "Transport";
2010 – she defended her thesis for the degree of PhD of Technical Sciences;
Baglan Togizbaeva is author of more than 80 scientific – educational works, including 2 monographs, over 60 scientific publications, 5 textbooks in Kazakh language on readable disciplines.
She obtained a certificate of state registration of intellectual property № 1289 of 19.07.10, the "rational calculation parameters for a connected hopper of ore" (Ministry of Justice), №1206 of September 28, 2012, developed online tutorials and slide lectures on imitation modeling of transport processes and Economics. She is a developer of state educational standards for the specialty 5B090100 "Organization of transport, traffic and transport operation".
During her work she was repeatedly encouragedwith the diploma of Akim of Karaganda and the Rector of the University.
In 2012, she received the title of MES of the RK "The best teacher of the university".
