IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE DECADE OF SCIENCE, 2018 AT THE DEPARTMENT OF "STANDARDIZATION AND CERTIFICATION" TEF TOOK PLACE SCIENTIFIC SEMINAR.

On April 3, 2018 at the Department "Standardization and certification" was held a scientific seminar "Activities of national and interstate technical committees on standardization in technical regulation of the Republic of Kazakhstan". Speaker-PhD, associate Professor of Standardization and certification chair, Chairman of the Technical Committee on standardization TC-44 of the State Committee on technical regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Interstate technical Committee for standardization of the CIS — ITC-534 Muratov Askar Aronovich. The seminar was attended by teachers of the transport and energy faculty.

Technical Committee on standardization is a form of cooperation between legal entities and individuals (enterprises, organizations, Executive bodies, experts, other professionals, etc.), carried out on a voluntary basis in order to organize and carry out work in the field of national, regional and international standardization on fixed objects of standardization or areas of activity ST RK 1.15-2013 "Technical committees on standardization. The order of creation and functioning" establishes the order of creation and functioning of technical committees on standardization (further - TC), interstate technical committees on standardization (further - MTK) and technical committees on standardization which are members of the international technical committees (further - TC ISO, TC IEC) located in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

 

The Rapporteur provided General information on the technical Committee for 2017.  To date, 53 of the customs code in a variety of industries. For the purpose of effective activity of technical committees on standardization, the rating assessment of TC is established in accordance with R RK 50.1.7-2016 "SSTR RK. The technique of an estimation of efficiency of activity of technical committees on standardization". Objective: to monitor the implementation of the main activities of the TC.

 

At the seminar there were discussed questions of participation of SC representatives in events held by ISO. Participation in ISO/TC meetings is an important element of enhancing the work of Kazakh experts within the framework of international standardization. There are the following forms of participation in the work of ISO/TC: as a full member and as an observer.

 

 

 

Kazakhstan takes part in 108 TC/SC ISO. 672 draft standards developed by ISO TC/SC were submitted for consideration in 2017.  There is a low activity of the TC RK in the process of drafting international standards, not fully considered the projects submitted to the vote, mostly vote without proposals and comments.
