B.S. Ibraeva, senior lecturer at the OTM and OT department, became the owner of housing in the Zor Tabys apartment building thanks to an agreement between the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kazakhstan Mortgage Company as part of the state program of housing and communal development "Nurly Zher."
The rector of the ENU named after L.N. Gumileva in a solemn atmosphere handed the key to the apartment of B.S. Ibraeva on April 9, 2021.
Congratulating the newcomers on the festive event, the rector stressed that this event takes place in the year of celebration of the 30th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Eurasian National University.

We implemented this project together with the Ministry of Education and Science and Kazakhstan Mortgage Company.
Today waiting list for receiving housing according to this program expects our 270 more employees", - the rector told.
"2021 became significant for me as I received the apartment thanks to the program of "Nurly zher", having fulfilled an old dream.
This was made possible thanks to the policy of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, which pays special attention to the country's housing policy and the construction of affordable preferential housing for the population.
I am also grateful to my university ̶ L.N. Gumilev University, for the opportunity to get an apartment without a down payment, by renting housing with the right to buy back. This is tangible support for teachers, "says Botagoz Ibraeva, senior lecturer at the OTM and OT department.
This event is also significant due to the fact that it was necessary to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Eurasian National University and the 30th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Being the same age as independence, I consider it special that I develop and grow together with my homeland. "
