On February 23, 2021, a seminar-meeting "Professional Practice and Employment: State and Prospects" was held as part of the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the university, organized by the Career and Business Partnership Department. The purpose of the event was to identify topical problems and improve the process of organizing professional practice, promote the employment and adaptation of graduates on the labor market in modern conditions, exchange of experience and prospects.
The seminar-meeting, which was held online, is one of the new forms of communication with the professional community and the academic environment of our university.
This event was attended by employers: RGP at the PCB Engineering Center for Logistics Management, TOO "Servicez zed group" LLP, Stroy Consulting LLP, TOO BI Group, etc., as well as deans of faculties, head departments, heads of practice at the faculty/department. The teacher of Orazalin A.B. and the head of the department of employment of OPDiET Ibraev B.S., students of the 4th year of the university, including graduates of the department of OPDiET, took part in the practice.
The seminar was moderated by Baizhuman Baltabaevich, Director of the Department of Academic Affairs of Kashkhynbai.
The General Director of the Mumtaz restaurant chain Akhtaeva Botagoz Seithanovna made a report "Professional practice as a strategy for employing young specialists."
Head of the Department of Heat and Power Engineering at the L.N. Gumilev University, Ph.D. Glazyrin Sergey Alexandrovich in his speech "The experience of the EN in introducing a dual system of education in higher education in the specialty" Heat and Power Engineering "proposed the introduction of a dual system of education in higher education, which will lead to an increase in the quality level of education of graduates of universities.
The seminar participants were presented with the possibility of free discussion in the discussion of all issues on the agenda of the meeting. The results were summed up and a resolution was adopted.
