The award ceremony of the winners of the republican contest "The best university teacher - 2022" took place. The awards were presented by the Minister of Science and Higher Education Sayasat Nurbek.
It should be noted that in December last year, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education named the winners of the competition "The Best university teacher - 2022". The Republican competition Commission selected the best of the best in the profession. Among them are 17 teachers of the L.N.Gumilev Eurasian National University. A total of 25 ENU teachers took part in the competition. Among them, Professor of the department "Organization of Transportation, traffic and operation of transport", Doctor of Technical Sciences Bekenov T.N. He became the "Best teacher of the university - 2011" in 2011. He confirms it for the second time by winning the competition "The best university teacher"
In general, 150 teachers of 43 Kazakhstani universities became winners. Each of them received an award in the amount of 2000 MCI, which is more than 6 million tenge. In addition to monetary incentives, the winners of the "Best University Teacher" competition were awarded badges.
It should be noted that the competition is held annually in order to increase the prestige of the teaching profession and encourage them to further professional development. Such indicators as the development and publication of electronic educational resources, educational materials, scientific publications in domestic and international journals, the availability of patents for inventions, as well as the quality of the applicant's teaching, his work on training in bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies were evaluated.
