On the results of KPI SST of the Department "OPDiET"

On the basis of the Regulation on KPIs of employees of the PPP, administrative, managerial and other types of personnel of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov, approved by the decision of the Board (Protocol No. 16 of November 7, 2021), a meeting of the Commission was held on December 26, 2022. The results of the KPI competition among employees of the PPP and administrative-managerial and other types of personnel were considered under the chairmanship of E. Sydykov, Chairman of the Board-Rector of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov.

To increase the contribution of PPP employees to the achievement of the strategic goals of the university's development, the KPI Maps indicators are brought into line with the strategic documents for the first time. The criteria and indicators of KPI Maps are linked to the strategic indicators of the following documents: ENU Development Strategy, ENU Development Plan, ENU Operational Plan, Structural Subdivisions Work Plan.

Using a grading system based on the classification of positions according to the level of influence of the position of the position on the contribution to the development of the University, depending on the combination of key factors, the positions of employees are distributed by ranks.

In 2021, global changes were made to the Regulation on KPI, and in the current 2022, updating was carried out according to criteria and indicators.

For the first time, in addition to the "lowering" indicator, the "increasing" indicators were added: "Participation during the 2021-2022 academic year in the working groups of the University/MNVO," "Membership in the Academic Council/MMS/Academic Council/NTS of the University in the 2021-2022 academic year," Personal achievements (diplomas, letters of thanks, certificates of advanced training courses).

Compared to last year, the maximum remuneration has been increased, including taking into account the inclusion of criteria and indicators from the University's Development Plan and taking into account inflation.

Thus, the KPI system is designed to motivate and stimulate PPP, employees of administrative, managerial and other types of personnel for achievements in the development of the university.

Based on the results of the tender documentation, the Commission for the review of the results of the SST KPI and other types of personnel made the following decisions:

In total, 1016 people (94%) participated in the university from among those eligible to participate in the KPI competition (94%), of which 9 people (53%) were rewarded from the Department "Organization of Transportation, Traffic and Operation of Transport":
