On January 14, under the leadership of Vice-Rector for Academic Work Yerkin Ongarbayev, a second webinar was held for faculty members of the Gumilev YEN on the topic "Effective use of distance learning techniques and technologies," organized by the Department of Digital Development and Distance Learning. The webinar was attended by the PPP of the Department "Organization of Transport, Traffic and Operation of Transport."
Vice-Rector for Academic Work Ongarbayev Yerkin Anuarovich made an introductory speech, who explained the importance of conducting these webinars for PPP.
The main goal of the webinar is to exchange experience on the use of methods and technologies used by the university's PPP in distance learning conditions for better mastering of educational materials by students. The webinar was held on the Microsoft Teams platform.
The head of the department "Standardization and Certification" of the Faculty of Transport and Energy, the so-called, Professor Bakhytkul Bayozhaeva made a presentation on the topic "Quality Management of Distance Learning."
Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty of International Relations Aigerim Amrenova made a presentation on the Use of Innovative Educational Technologies in Distance Learning. She spoke about innovative educational technologies that increase the interest of students in distance learning, and shared the methods and technologies used to conduct classes.
More than 300 PPP of the university participated in the webinar. They showed great interest in methods and technologies used in various areas of training.
Director of the Department of Digital Development and Distance Learning Gulmira Bekmanova, summing up the results of the webinar, noted the importance and need for such an exchange of experience.
