On March 15, 2023, an open Day "Talapker-2023" was held at the L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University.
The event was attended by Dean of the faculty U.S. Kokaev, head of the department "Organization of transportation, traffic and operation of transport" Arpabekov M.I. and responsible at the department for career guidance Kuanyshbekova K.K. and responsible for practice Orazalina A.B. and graduates of school No. 65 and 82 and parents. About 12 graduates invited from our department gathered at the meeting.
School graduates were given extensive information about the educational programs of the university and about the work of the admissions committee. They were also informed about the new format of the UNT, about the changes and additions made to the Rules of admission to universities of the country.
Students had the opportunity to get acquainted with the educational programs of the university in the lobby, where a special exhibition of faculties was organized, educational and scientific achievements of the university were demonstrated. The audience was particularly interested in the master class on robotics and IT technologies of the Faculty of Information Technology.
After listening to the recommendations of the university management, deans of faculties and practitioners, the students were able to ask their questions about their chosen specialty and get appropriate answers to them. In addition, it was described in detail about the mechanisms of choosing creative professions during the UNT.
After the meeting, the applicants visited the laboratory building of the Faculty of Educational Production center "ENU Engineering".
At the event dedicated to the graduates of the school, the floor was given to the Director of the Department of Academic Affairs of the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Kashkhynbai Baizhuman Baltabaevich: "Choosing a profession is choosing a life path and a future profession. Thank you to all the parents, teachers and children for being present."
