AS PART OF THE PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICE AT THE DEPARTMENT "STANDARDIZATION, CERTIFICATION AND METROLOGY", AN OPEN CLASS OF THE SECOND-YEAR MASTER'S STUDENT ALINA KUSENOVA WAS HELD

On December 9, 2019, master's student Alina Kusenova held an open practical class on the subject "Basics of interchangeability" on the topic " Types of technical measurements. Tolerances and landings", SIS-22 group.

The creation of modern mechanisms, their operation, repair and maintenance is impossible without the use of the principle of interchangeability. Interchangeability – the property of independently manufactured parts or Assembly units to ensure that mechanisms and machines are in working condition during Assembly and repair without special fitting. Interchangeable parts can be individual parts (nuts, screws, bolts, etc.), Assembly units (rolling bearings, some parts of mechanisms), as well as products in General. The most applicable is full interchangeability, when the Assembly is carried out without additional processing and fitting. This makes it possible to produce individual parts and components at some specialized factories or workshops of mass production or mass production, and to assemble them at others. In mass production, the cost of parts is reduced by automating technological processes.

During the open session, students were provided with educational materials. The topic, goal, and objectives of the lesson are agreed with the lecturer. Students took an active part and mastered the material well.
