On February 21, 2023, the Department of Social Projects of the Department of Jastar in the assembly hall of the Faculty of Social Sciences organized a meeting with representatives of the KSU "Housing Fund" of Astana for 60 students from among orphans, orphans left without parental care and under guardianship and with special educational needs. Among them is a student of OP- 6B11301 - "Organization of transportation, traffic and operation of transport" Sinelnikova Alexandra Grigorievna.
The purpose of the meeting is to monitor and identify the availability of housing for students of social groups, to convey the correct information to students who are registered and in need of housing from the public housing fund, about the current state of priority.
Moderator of the meeting, Director of the Department of Jastar Zhambyl Tlepov acquainted students with representatives of the Housing Stock of Astana.
The Director of the Astana Housing Fund of the Nursulukozhakhmetova Foundation spoke in detail about Affordable Housing Programs in Kazakhstan.
According to her, in Kazakhstan, such programs as "Bakyttyotbasy" are available for residents of the country", "7-20-25", "5-10-20", housing from the state.
Obtaining housing from the state housing fund is regulated by the Law "On Housing Relations" (Article 67). How to get an apartment from the state in Kazakhstan, what should be the conditions for obtaining housing from the state is determined by Article 69 of the Law "On Housing Relations".
Students were more interested in the issue of obtaining housing from the state fund, which is provided to the needy and registered.
The deputy director of the KSU "Housing Fund" of Astana, Sayabek Nurushev, also answered the students' questions.
