The head of the Department of Standardization, Certification and Metrology Bakhytkul Uzakovna Baykhozhaeva and the associate professor of the department Kirgizbaeva Kamilya Zhuzbaevna, Bekturganova Gulmira Kairovna took part in the International Conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of metrology in Kazakhstan. They participated in the work of the section "Development of human capital". The section presented new approaches to staff training, which improve the quality of work and reduce the number of errors. Particular attention was paid to the problems of lack of qualified personnel in the field of metrology. Various solutions have been proposed, including the creation of special training and internship programs for students and young professionals. In addition, we met many colleagues from different countries and exchanged experience with them. The conference gave a lot of inspiration and motivation for further work.
