As a part of the program “Ruhani zhangyru”, on October 11, 2018, the transport and energy faculty held a seminar - training for first year students called “Family Values”, speaker - Natalya Semenenko, psychologist of the highest category, director of the Psychological Center “Keleshek”, Member of the Commission on women's affairs and family - demographic policy under the Akim of Astana city.
The purpose of the event - understanding the importance of a warm and kind atmosphere in the family for the mental health of all its members.
Natalya Nikolaevna noted that the saving of traditional family values nowdays, when we are experiencing a hard period, is more relevant than ever. This is especially true for young people. From birth, a person enters the society, grows and develops in it. Human development is influenced by many different factors, such as biological and social. The main social factor is the family, because of how the person will continue to build his career, what way of living he will choose is influenced by his relations in the family.
Students of the Faculty of Transport and Energy fully support the words of the President N.A. Nazarbayev: “We need to strengthen the institution of marriage and the family, increase its prestige, and revive moral values. Family, children, family values and traditions have always been and remain the foundation of our society and our culture. It is necessary to promote family values, cultivate the image of family and marriage.
I believe that a large family should be the norm of a successful family. So it was from time immemorial among all nations. Human wealth was measured by the presence of children and it is considering that every Kazakhstan citizen should strive to be progressive, educated, competitive, and all this coud be done by creating and maintaining a warm atmosphere in the family.
