On the fifth of March, a celebration in honor of the birthday of the transport and energy department was held in the audience of the First President. This year, the faculty at which students of the specialties Standardization and Certification, Metrology, Transport, Transport Equipment and Technologies, Thermal Power Engineering, Organization of Transport, Traffic and Transport Operation are seven years old. The vice-rector for research work came to celebrate joy. Gulnara Tynyshbaevna Merzadinova, Deputy Director of the Department for Civil and Social Development Mina Romanenko, students of 1-3 courses, faculty.
The dean of the Faculty of Transport and Energy Faculty, Professor Suleimenov Tynys Bulekbaevich, who congratulated all the students and guests of the event on the founding day of the faculty, wished the students and the teaching staff success, health and well-being made a welcoming speech.
The leading students are students of the 1st course Taktanov Bekzat Tursynbekuly (TE-11) and Arystan Zhaina Safuankyzy (SiS-13).

- A student of the 1st year of the specialty "Thermal Engineering" sang a poem by Mғzhan Zhұmabayev "Men Zhastarka Senemin";
- A 3rd year student of the specialty “Transport, transport equipment and technologies” Amirbekov Tolegen performed the song “Shyn Gashyytar”;
- a song in Italian "Italiano" was performed by a first-year student of the specialty 5B071700 - Heat E.ngineering Jahiya Aday;
- Kүy performed by the Dala Saz orchestra, which is headed by a 4th year student of the specialty 5В071700 - Thermal Engineering Bigozhin Rysdaulet;
- first-year students performed an incendiary flash mob, waltz;
- the culminating moment was the song, which the organizers of the concert, dedicated to the seven-year anniversary of the transport and energy department, performed together.
On this day, the Best Head of the 1st course was awarded - Orazbek Aynur Adіlbekkyzy (SiS group-13), the Best Head of the 2nd course - Kairkhanov Daulet Oralbekuly (TTTiT-25 group).
