The main principles of building a personally oriented system of work of the curator are a personally oriented (individual) approach, respect for the personality of the student, pedagogical support in social development, promotion of self-development and self-realization, formation of their civic position, healthy lifestyle, development of student self-government, etc. To implement these plans, the group curator has all the necessary information about the supervised groups: socially, materially, intellectually, spiritually.
When working with first-year students, priority tasks are: creating favorable psychological and pedagogical conditions for the individual development of the student's personality, forming a cohesive student team; promoting the successful entry of freshmen into a new educational environment for them (extremely relevant for 2020 students who entered the pandemic and study online); Providing assistance to students in understanding and overcoming learning difficulties; Promoting a positive view of course 1 students on the future profession.
To fulfill these tasks, on February 03, 2021, the editors of the 1st course, groups B095-1301-20-02, B095-1302-20-01, B095-1302-20-02 of the department "Organization of Transportation, Traffic and Operation of Transport" Zhomartov R.A. conducted a tour of the laboratory building of the Educational Production Center "ENU Engineering" for students.
In the laboratory building, the department has 3 specialized audiences (aud.140-05), (aud. 140-06, 140-09):
- Laboratory "Train dispatcher";
- Laboratory "Transport Process Management";
- Laboratory "Operation of Transport."
Students visited the department "Organization of Transportation, Traffic and Operation of Transport," where the head of the department M.I. Arpabekov together with the curator held an introductory lecture with students, answered questions of interest to students about the learning process, about living in a hostel. The students also visited the dean of the department's transport and energy laboratory.
